We can use several different types of wood to complete the personalized carvings depending on the customer’s preference. Some of the different types of wood we use are oak, cedar, and pine. All of the signs we create will have small knots on the surface due to the type of wood. This is considered part of the wood’s natural beauty and not a blemish. Designing a Sign

You can mix and match any of the designs or fonts that you see on our previous signs. You can also add names, dates, or sayings of your choice. Please contact us with the exact wording and spelling as you would like to have them appear on a sign. We have many patterns to choose from and we can customize them for any occasion such as anniversaries, weddings, or birthdays. If you wish to change any of the art patterns or request new artwork on any of the signs we have previously designed, please contact us and we will work with you. However, there may be a new design charge for certain artwork. Proofing

We can provide you with a picture of how the board will appear before it is cut out. This will delay your order time slightly. Communication

These signs are priced on the amount of work that goes into each sign. Please remember that we have to custom design each sign before carving them. Depending on the amount of detail in the designs, these signs can take several hours to carve. Therefore, pricing is determined based on the type of wood used, size of the sign, and amount of labor needed to customize each sign from start to finish. Mistakes

If there is a mistake on our part, we will re-make the sign at no extra cost to you. However, if there is a mistake on your part, we will not be able to re-make the sign without charging you again.
