My goals are always hair health; shine ✨ fullness. When addressing color gone wrong I’m looking at all of these points.
We:
did a heavy baby light with demi level 9 toner lowlights between. After processing at bowl a shadow root, level shifter for mid ends. Process for 15 minutes the an over all toner.

Have you ever went with a hair color and decided hey this pigment is not for me?!? 5 weeks ago we did this gorgeous copper BUT she was not a fan. That’s completely okay!! While the copper is very pretty I love communicating a shift to make clients happy! So follow my game plan ⬇️ to switch to a complete opposite shade
•Asess what your cuticle can handle (I will not break hair to achieve pigment goals).
•new growth formula (1/4th”) needs 20voulme for grey coverage the rest is achieved with a Demi & Semi to preserve integrity
•After new growth applied i went back to back with slices of her blonde (30vol+bonding agent) mid shaft was brought down with a matching pigment Demi
•20 minutes process then at bowl sealing with semi and bonding agent
