I have been keeping a vegan diet for the past 8 weeks now. My close friends have been my inspiration and have helped me maintain it. I have learned alot about it over the past 3 years. Jada and I would take the train to and from work in NYC. It would watch her pull out her seaweed snacks and hear about her and Kareem’s vegan diets. I heard about, saw and ate the most delicious food they prepared! Omg! The Best. The freshest Whole Foods made with love. At the time I didn’t know in some of the sauces, Jada would put seamoss! I always felt really good after eating their meals. They also took me to the best vegan restaurants in NYC! I had no idea!
They answer all my questions about eating and living vegan. One of my biggest concerns about as how do I get enough B12 and vitamin D from food? Well I started using seamoss. Everyday after the first time I used it, I have craved it since. It makes me feel so good.
First I just want to say, it has no flavor. I just dissolve it in my tea. I like my tea so much better now. Once it dissolves it has the consistency of honey (which I don’t eat anymore). That is my next question for them. Can I eat honey if I am vegan? I believe there are 2 schools of thought on this one.
