Morning Stiffness | Healthstar Physicians, P.C. Most of us expect a little stiffness when we get out of bed, especially as we get older. Maybe your knees feel tight when you first stand up, your hands take a few minutes to loosen, or your back feels stiff after a night of sleep. Occasional morning stiffness can be a normal part of aging.

During National Primary Care Week, we recognize the important role primary care providers play in keeping patients healthy and connecting them with specialty care when needed. We’re grateful for the providers who work alongside us to help patients get the care they need. 💛
