WHAT SAUNA DOES TO WOMEN’S HORMONES. Sauna isn’t just sweating. For women in peri and menopause, heat directly influences cortisol, estrogen, insulin and mood. The rise in core temperature creates a brief cortisol bump, followed by a deeper drop, leaving you calmer and more resilient. We dont use soap "base". We make soaps the hard way. Cold processed and then to cure for a minimum of 4 weeks.

The only corners we cut are on the loaves of soap.
