Two things we have done on Christmas morning the last few years to make our Christmas morning a little less crazy!! Christmas morning survival kit- a bin with everything we need to we are not running around the house! Garbage bags, scissors, screw driver, box cutter, batteries, marker and note pad/ sticky notes 2. Baskets for the kids to put their presents in. Last year I just used random bins I had around the house but this year I got these $2 laundry baskets and we will just use them for laundry or other things so I’m excited about this year. ✨I saw my friend @jessica_popely share this with some nice baskets and it gave me the idea to get some ones we will be able to reuse! ✨ The kids put their things in their basket after opening so we can try to stay organized. With 4 kids it is a lot! By honoring Martin Luther King's legacy this year, in 2024, Ambiance Hair Design is giving back to our community by providing hygiene kits to the homeless community. Items that are needed and appreciated by your support are:

Washcloths
Soap
Toothbrushes
Toothpaste
Floss
Deodorant
Feminine Hygiene Products
Hand Sanitizer
Wet Wipes
Bandages
Antibacterial Ointment

I will be kicking off this project, starting today on this "MLK Holiday" January 15, 2024, and ending it on December 31, 2024

Hygiene kits will be donated to several community organizations at the beginning of each month. To name a few:

A better-for-you Starbucks Medicine Ball Tea Remix! Stay well this winter with this immune supporting combo 😍 What you need: -2 cups cups water -1 mint citrus green tea bag (or spearmint if you can’t find) -1 peach chamomile tea bag -Fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon -1 tbsp grated ginger -1 tablespoon honey -Fresh mint leaves What to do: 1- Place both tea bags into a pot of water along with lemon juice, grated ginger and fresh mint leaves. Boil for 3-5 minutes. 2- Let cool and pour mixture through a fine strainer or strainer bag. 3- Pour into ice cube mold and freeze. 4- When ready to enjoy, place 2-3 ice cubes into your mug of choice.
