Hi, welcome to Short Cuts by Angie. My name is Angela Robinson Garcia. Thank you so much for taking time to view my page. I have loved short hair since the first day I cut my hair short 15 years ago. I started cutting my own hair when my husband, Jon, and I were stationed in Japan, when he was in the Marine Corps. We havet traveled and lived in wonderful locations. It was my turn to pick where we were going to live. I picked home, I grew up in Durham, NC. I think cutting short hair is a wonderful art. I enjoy creating new styles and color everyday.
