Let’s talk exfoliating acids, because “acid” in skincare sounds a lot scarier than it needs to. 🧪
Revision’s Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum is an overnight treatment that combines AHA + BHA + PHA in a >15% multi-acid blend, with each doing something a little different for the skin:
AHA • works at the surface to exfoliate dead skin cells and improve the appearance of texture, tone + radiance.
BHA • helps exfoliate within pores, making it particularly useful for congestion + clarity.
PHA • provides gentler exfoliation while also offering humectant properties to support hydration.
What I especially like about this formula? It’s formulated at a skin-neutral pH, with the goal of effective exfoliation + skin renewal while minimizing unnecessary irritation.
Because more irritation does not equal better results.
Used appropriately, chemical exfoliation can help skin look smoother, clearer + brighter without physically scrubbing away at the skin barrier.
A few rules matter, though: Radiance+ is intended for evening use 2–3 times per week or as tolerated, and I would not pair it in the same evening routine with your retinoid or other exfoliating treatments. More is not always more when it comes to actives.
