Just one of your favorite small business owners over here—in my pajamas, night guard in, doing laundry and getting everything prepped for tomorrow. 😅

Today, I made the choice to spend the day with my youngest and friends instead of catching up after a record-breaking Saturday and preparing for a completely booked Monday.

I am beyond grateful for all the love and support. Truly. But these are the moments most people don’t see.

It is incredibly rare for me to not come into the studio and handle tasks every single day of the week. As a business of one, every detail falls on me, and sometimes that means late nights, early mornings, and using my “off” days to make sure everything is ready for the next day.

I wouldn’t have it any other way.

So thank you. Thank you for requiring me to come in on days off to prepare for what’s ahead. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to do work that gives my life so much purpose.

This space has always been, and will always be, a home for me. And all of you? You feel like chosen family.

I am endlessly grateful. 💕

If you’re the mama who is only one week into summer vacation and already feels like her nervous system is running on fumes, this opening is for you.

The constant snacks. The sibling arguments. The endless requests. The pressure to make summer magical while somehow keeping everyone regulated (including yourself).

If you’re wondering how you’re going to make it through the next few months without completely burning out, well… let’s just take it one week, at a time.

This week, I have one opening available:

💆🏻‍♀️ 90-min Facial Treatment
🗓 June 2nd
⏰ 2:30 PM

This is a space for you to exhale, reconnect with yourself, and get the support you need so you can move through summer with more calm, capacity, and confidence.

✨ If you read this and felt yourself exhale a little, reach out. Let’s talk about whether this opening is the right fit for you or we can find one in the very near future. You deserve being taken care of too.

✨ If It Isn’t you, share with a mama who you know needs some support.

Hugs mama! 🤗 WE’VE got this! 👯‍♀️

I found the most PERFECT door mat for you all to be greated with when you enter! I simply cannot contain my excitement! 😆

My intention has always been that you feel so WANTED & LOVED here. You are so much more than clients to me. You’re my clients, yes, but also my friends and some have even become more like chosen family. I am so grateful for you all. Thank you for choosing ME! 🥰

*Also, I was going to buy the mat for home originally and I was like, whoa, that is not who I am at home. 😬 At home, I crave introspective time, alone. That’s my social time.

As always, I’m just keep in’ it real with you all! 🤗

I was given permission from a friend/client to share part of her story because she felt other women needed to hear it too. 💕

She came in today for her birthday and booked the full spa day — a Sunlighten Sauna Session, Wax & Tint, Wellness Escape Body Treatment, and a Treatment Facial. Five full hours dedicated completely to HER. Every service here is one-on-one, so she had the entire spa to herself. It was such a beautiful thing to witness.

When I told her, “This is going to be the best day ever,” she smiled and said, “I’m so excited. I’ve wanted to do this for a really long time.”

Then she said something that stopped me in my track:
“I kept putting it off because I thought it was a bad habit to start.”

Whew!
After 20 years of caring for women — especially mothers — I can tell you this mindset is so common. Women feel like they have to earn rest. Earn care. Earn softness. Earn permission to be poured into. We wait until we’re completely depleted, overwhelmed, burned out, or celebrating a special occasion before we finally allow ourselves to receive.

Meanwhile, men don’t typically feel guilty spending four hours on the golf course, going to a game, buying the clubs, meeting friends, or investing in their hobbies. But women? We question ourselves for booking a facial. We feel guilt for taking a nap. We apologize for needing space.

And I need you to hear me when I say this:
Taking care of yourself is NOT a bad habit.

A bad habit is running yourself into the ground.
A bad habit is neglecting your body, your nervous system, your joy, your peace.
A bad habit is believing you only deserve care after you’ve suffered enough.

You taking time for yourself — especially when nobody else is pouring into you — is a beautiful habit.

Your children are watching. They learn how to love themselves by watching how you love yourself. They learn what rest looks like. They learn what boundaries look like. They learn whether care has to be earned.

I know so many women live in “I take care of everyone except myself” mode. I’ve lived there too.

But hear this:
You do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to earn care.
You do not have to earn love.

You are worthy the moment you walk through my door — on your best day, your worst day, and every messy, beautiful day in between.

So if you’ve been thinking about booking…
This is your sign.

Get on my table.
Let someone take care of YOU for once.
Not just for beauty, but for your nervous system, your spirit, your peace.

Women make life happen. We nurture everyone around us. But we deserve better too — and it starts with us deciding we matter enough to receive care without guilt.

Visit my website and make it happen. ❤️

Rest is a right… but even so, you are worth fighting for.

Much Love,
🫶🏼Bekah

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible mothers who have come through my doors over the last 20 years. 💐

I’ve spent my career taking care of mothers, and one of the greatest honors of my life has been getting to hold space for so many of you. I’ve listened to your stories, and you’ve listened to mine. Through the years, we’ve laughed together, cried together, healed together, and reminded each other that none of us are alone in this journey.

One of the most beautiful things about the space we’ve created together is how your stories continue to ripple outward. Sometimes a client will tell me something they think is small, but I carry those moments with me. Over the years, I’ve been able to share wisdom, perspective, encouragement, and hope with other mothers who needed it at just the right time. And that is such a beautiful thing.

So many people tell me I have an interesting amount of knowledge, but the truth is—it comes from all of you. From the amazing women who have trusted me with pieces of their lives. Every mother who has sat in my chair has taught me something.

I have seen the strength of mothers in ways most people never do. I’ve seen women walk through my doors feeling completely depleted, holding the weight of everyone around them while barely holding themselves together. I’ve also seen the relief that comes when someone finally feels safe enough to exhale. To be trusted as part of that safe space for so many of you is something I will never take for granted.

Whether it’s your breakdown, your breakthrough, your highest highs, or your lowest lows… your story matters. Your strength matters. And more often than you realize, your story ends up helping another mother feel seen, understood, and strong enough to keep going too.

So today, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for your trust, your vulnerability, your wisdom, your resilience, and your love. The work you do as mothers extends far beyond your own homes. The way you show up, survive, heal, and keep going creates a ripple effect that touches more lives than you may ever know.

I know Mother’s Day can also feel incredibly hard for many of us, myself included. So today, please be kind and gentle with yourself. However today feels for you is okay.

And please know—you are so loved. 🥰

Happy Mother’s Day. 💕

I just wanted to share a little message with you all, my community. So many of us are hurting right now, for so many different reasons. Yes, it’s the world around us—but it’s also our private and professional worlds. It’s a season of hard questions and tough choices. I know this personally, and I see it in so many of you who have trusted me with your stories and your tears in my treatment room lately. Please be gentle with yourselves. 🤍

Here’s what I want you to remember:
• This is a soft place to land when the world feels too heavy.
• You are loved, here, exactly as you are.
• No apologies are ever needed for “oversharing,” crying, or needing support.
•You are never too much with me.

This space was never meant to be just about skincare—it’s about so much more. This is what I feel I was made for, my purpose, and you allow me to live that out every day. Thank you for trusting me, for letting me into your world, and for being part of this beautiful community.

If you’re needing a soft place to land right now, I see you, I understand, and I’m here to support you—and your nervous system. I even have a few openings this month, including a facial tomorrow(Saturday Feb 21st @ noon). Feel free to message me to find a time that works for you, or book through the link in my bio.

🤗 Hugs friends, you don’t have to go thru it alone.

*Saturday filled, but I still have a few in the coming weeks! Reach out!

A Tale of Two Mamas 🫶🏼

One mama nearing the end of breastfeeding.
One mama nearing the end of pregnancy.

Both navigating hormonal shifts.
Both dealing with acne.
Both in a season where safe choices matter more than ever — not just for them, but for their babies too.

They came to me with similar concerns, yet their skin told completely different stories.

One facial focused on calming inflammation.
The other centered on clearing congestion and preventing flare-ups.

Using Hale & Hush combined with Yon-Ka, we were able to safely support both of their unique needs during this delicate time.

They each left with clearer, calmer, glowing skin — and I checked in afterward to make sure everything was progressing as expected. It was. And if it hadn’t been? I’d be there. Always. I’m just a text away.

Taking care of women is my specialty.

We are creators of life.
We are nurturers.
We are protectors.
We carry so much — often quietly.

For over 20 years, I’ve had the honor of caring for women through so many chapters of life. I’ve worked with clients before marriage, before pregnancy, before they even met their partners. I’ve prepped skin for wedding days, supported moms through postpartum, and walked alongside women as they’ve grown into new versions of themselves.

It is a privilege I never take lightly.

These two mamas — and so many others — have trusted me during some of their most vulnerable seasons. I’ve watched them change, soften, strengthen, and evolve… because creating life changes you.

And I have truly loved every version of them.

If you’re a mama (or mama-to-be) who’s feeling overwhelmed by skin changes or unsure what’s safe right now, know this: you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here, and I would be honored to care for you. 🤍
