My anesthesia colleague’s only request was to not look frozen like a news anchor/weatherman. He also has a subtle ptosis to his right eye when compared to the left eye (See how much lid shows?). We were able to improve this by injecting the crow’s feet area to open the eye muscle and elevate the right brow slightly more. We left his forehead alone to preserve the function of lifting from the frontalis muscle to aid his lids/brows.
