Good afternoon,

Starting in April, I will be implementing a $25 deposit policy due to an increase in last-minute cancellations.

Please review the updated policy:
• Deposits: A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This can be paid via invoice or Cash App.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, it will count toward your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations:
• 48 hours or less notice: Deposit will be forfeited
• 3 days notice: Deposit will be applied as a credit toward a future appointment
• 7 days notice: Full deposit will be refunded

My client didn’t have many lashes, I suggested light thin lash extensions and referred her to start using daily lash serum. She left happy.
