2024 is the year of healthy hair.. here are some of my favorite tips⬇️

✰ scalp care is one of the biggest tips for healthy hair. i like to shampoo twice. when my scalp starts to feel dry + itchy i use the briogeo scalp revival, it exfoliates your scalp and makes my hair squeaky clean- i use it once a month.

✰ get a silk pillowcase, they are much more gentle on your hair.

✰ be sure to sleep with 100% dry hair, your hair is more fragile when it’s wet. sleeping with wet hair can cause damage + breakage

✰ use heat protectant every time you use a hot tool. your hair will thank you

✰ sleeping with your hair in a loose braid or pony. i always do a super loose braid and tie off with a silk scrunchie
