IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Valued Client,

It is with a heavy heart that we share some difficult news - Copper & Tone Tanning Salon will be closing its doors as of June 1.

This decision was not made lightly. We care deeply about each and every one of our clients, and your loyalty over the years has meant more to us than we can properly express. Copper & Tone has been more than just a business - it’s been a community, and that’s what makes this so hard.

Unfortunately, the realities of today’s market have made it increasingly difficult to sustain this type of business. Operating costs have risen significantly, particularly insurance, which is both extremely high and increasingly difficult to secure for tanning salons. The federal excise tax adds another layer of cost, often forcing higher pricing which deters new customers. Combined with a smaller client base and rising overhead across the board, it has become unsustainable.

In addition, the industry itself has shifted. With changing views on tanning and the growing availability of at-home products and alternatives, demand has continued to decline, making it even more challenging to operate in this space.

We want to be transparent and fair during this transition:
We will honor all gift cards and active memberships through June 1.
We encourage you to use all remaining sessions and balances prior to that date.
Please note that there will be no refunds issued.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we want to reassure you that Copper & Tone operates as its own entity, and this decision does not impact MSF Gym. There is no concern regarding the future of the gym.

From the bottom of our hearts - thank you. Thank you for your support, your loyalty, your conversations, and for being part of what made Copper & Tone so special. We truly wish the outcome could have been different.

We hope to see you before we close our doors and to personally thank you for being part of our journey.
