One of the pillars of health and wellness is REST. Your mind and physical self need time to slow down and process all of the things it consumed that day. Things start to get backed up without time to process just like our sewer pipes and computers. We all know how that turns out! Our bodies are no different. Listen to your body when it’s showing you the signs.
-Moodiness
-Digestive issues
-Persistent pain
-Fatigue
-Frequent illness
-Weight gain
A walks around the block without your phone.
5 minute break every 20 minutes of sold work time.
Adequate sleep to allow your sleep cycles to take place in full.
Sit outside when you’re able so that your eyes are exposed to healthy amounts of light that follow the cycles of the days.

I forgot how fast and easy a smoothie is. Chocolate craving creeping in so banana, raspberries, blueberries, spinach and avocado with almond milk. Yum. And it’s working

I forgot how fast and easy a smoothie is. Study time and wanted something sweet so I used banana, raspberries, blueberries, almond milk, an Avocado, and spinach since I was trying to avoid chocolate. And yes it’s working. Yum
