A quick note to all of my amazing clients:

First, thank you for recommending my services to your friends, family, and colleagues. Your referrals mean a lot to me, and I truly appreciate your support.

When referring potential clients, please share my business number rather than my personal number. This helps me keep all inquiries organized and ensures I can respond to everyone as efficiently as possible.

Thank you again for your continued trust and referrals. I appreciate each and every one of you!

Attention clients,

I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience over the past couple of days—my phone lines have been down, and I know that’s made it difficult to reach me.

I truly appreciate your patience while this gets resolved. Kevin is actively working on getting everything back up and running as quickly as possible and I will update you as soon as the lines are restored.

In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to me on Facebook messenger or through any alternate contact methods you may have.

Thank you again for your understanding and support!

Good morning! As of right now, our phone systems are currently down. We are working on them diligently to get them back up and running, so please have patience with us if you were trying to call in. They should be back up later today. Thank you for the understanding!

With the snow emergency moved to level 2, I will be in shop but will leave it up to you, my clients, whether you want to make the drive in. I know roads are still not the best conditions and it is still very cold. So with that, if you feel you cannot make it in, that is perfectly fine. I desire your safety and wellbeing over all! Just call and let me know either by talking to me directly or leaving a voicemail. Thank you all for your continued support! Stay safe and warm!

❄️ Snow day update ❄️
For everyone’s safety, I’ll be closed this Monday, January 26th, because of the snow storm.
I appreciate your understanding and will reach out to anyone affected to reschedule.
Please stay cozy and safe out there!ry

We have recently been asked why we do not respond to text messages sent to our main line at 419-751-7100. We do not have texting capability for this number as it is a landline. Any text messages sent to this line will go unanswered as we cannot receive or respond to them. Thank you.
