Creating moments to pause and reflect within our lives to become our best in health and wellness so that we create memories, set goals, build dreams and share with others the benefits of using Nature to Nurture products from Selah Vie! Creations from Natures best! Selah Vie Soapery is 'heart based'. That simply means we pride ourselves in representing quality & care in all of our ingredients including where they are sourced and the type of customer service we provide. We use organic when possible, support our local businesses and farmers when available, natural, ethically traded, food grade, cold pressed and always high quality oils, butters, herbs and botanicals. All recipes are custom recipes after extensive research and studying the variety of oils, butters, herbs and scents to give you the best in soap to clean and moisturize and other skincare products. This is for your benefit to enjoy a more balanced pampering from head to toe; whether it's skincare, aromatheraphy, herbs and herbal syrups, we've got you covered! Our potpourri of taking care of you and ourselves! You can find our products at www.selahviesoapery.com, or email [email protected], FB message or calling (608) 437-8575 to make an appointment to come to our home to purchase. All local orders during the Covid-19 will make arrangements for pick up / delivery times. So why 'Selah Vie' and what does it mean? Selah is a Hebrew word that was often used after a thought, a musical line or instruction in the Psalms. It was meant to be a moment to pause and reflect. Of course the French C'est la Vie means 'that's life!' With the spin on the spelling -- our name literally means, Pause & Reflect Life to Shine! Pause.Reflect.Shine. We dare to be different so that your choices for skincare will give a healthier, safer way of life for you and your family. I am currently enrolled and taking classes to be a licensed Aromatherapist with the Aromahead Institute. Also taking certification classes with Formula Botanica with a goal to receive a diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation. And because I love learning about how to better take care of ourselves inside and out, I am also enrolled with the Herbal Academy to be a certified herbalist. Selah Vie's mission has always been to help others and that means donating to various groups, people, and organizations that impact the lives of others. So when you buy from Selah Vie, you are giving to others! When we give, you give! You can contact me at [email protected] for more information. I look forward to sharing with you as our dream unfolds. Selah Vie!! Debbie

Hello! Do you hear the crickets? Have you been wondering where we have been? We are here -- serving our local customers, wholesalers and events. But the big picture is that Selah Vie has scaled back. As my husband and I enter into our retirement years, Selah Vie has become a lifestyle that we have shared, taught and grown into. With that said, I wanted to personally fill you in on what may be in our future as we make new plans to who we are and what our mission will look like.
Selah Vie 'Soapery' has been evolving over the years to being more about health, wellness & skincare. You have seen this change on our business cards and promos. We will eventually be dropping 'soapery' to being Selah Vie -- Health & Wellness. Being the owner, it has always been my wish to LOVE what I do. The fact remains I love to be around people, sharing and uplifting others into health & wellness. We have been through so much with our family over the years and to do life with others has become what we love to do. Over the last few years, we have done more special events, put together baskets for charity purposes, grief/hope packages and wholesale for several businesses. It has become such a blessing to do so.
I have another page called Hope Force Nation that has been a platform to share my families story and journey; taking the Selah meaning of pausing and reflecting to another level of doing life together to grow, heal & share hope's light. Selah Vie and Hope Force Nation in the future will be a joint effort as we focus on our new path.
What will that path possibly look like? Focusing on touching lives through gift baskets for various life experiences to spark the gift of sunshine & hope; working with possible AirBnB's, Bed & Breakfast venues for their needs; wedding, showers and other special events to provide special gifts to attendees. Also to continue to promote my daughter's business, Seeds of Selah. I am also wanting to help others in their grief by becoming a life/grief coach. Ambitious goals??? Perhaps, but I believe it is never too late to keep dreaming and doing new things.
That means I will still be making product and listing them for sale when they are available, but on a made to order schedule and seasonally. It allows our family to say yes and to say no as we enjoy life outside of our home. We love to travel and spend time creating memories and we are looking forward to doing more of that.

Great day at Barneveld! The best part was having my mom with me . She used to do alot of shows with me, so today was extra special having her join me behind the table. She was also a great helper with getting things done beforehand. Thanks mom!

Can you see and smell the signs of Fall in the air? In August we did a family vacation where the weather was in the upper 90's and we came home to much cooler temperatures. Fall seemed to be lurking and it is welcomed. The bad news was our vacation was glitched with most of us getting covid. Four of us had never had it before. The healing journey for several of us is still a daily routine. Elderberry is part of that routine and something we depend on for our health and wellbeing. Next vacation, I'm taking our DIY kit with us so that we have it readily available! Are you ready for the seasons changing and winter wellness? Click on the link below to purchase yours today!
