Upon expressing concerns of appearing tired and sad, this patient underwent a comprehensive rejuvenation approach. A full-face treatment involving Botox and 5 syringes of filler was implemented. Targeting the temples provided softening between her temple and lateral cheek and maintained lateral brow support. While treating the medial cheeks offered subtle fullness and supported the nasolabial folds and improved the tear trough. The lower face was addressed to improve lines and folds without excessive volume, and finally, the lips were hydrated which softened her upper lip lines.
