Welcome to my page! I’m a licensed massage therapist and certified lymphatic therapist.

My path into massage and lymphatic therapy was not traditional. I’ve experienced what it’s like to lose your energy, your strength, and your sense of normalcy having previously battled Lyme disease and toxic mold illness. That season forced me to learn how the body works—especially the lymphatic and nervous systems—and how much healing is possible when those systems are supported properly.

That experience didn’t just restore my health; it gave me purpose.

I now specialize in helping clients who: live with chronic pain or inflammation, struggle with lymphatic congestion, carry stress deeply in their bodies, feel stuck in “fight-or-flight” mode and feel unable to relax.

My work blends therapeutic massage, lymphatic support, and nervous-system-focused care. I care deeply about creating a space where your body can exhale—where pain softens, stress melts, and you leave feeling clear, grounded, and capable again.

I also offer a curated menu of spa-style add-ons because healing can be both restorative and beautiful!
