Remastered Wellness now has an InBody scale, and I tried it out a couple days ago, so I decided to post my progress in numbers. 😇

It may not look like much, but I just added a really cool item to my practice: an electric lift massage table. This is going to change the game for me when switching between modalities and working with different body types. I was so excited to add this to my treatment room!

My hubby is so supportive of my business, and this is the first time I’ve really had this kind of support. He’s my biggest cheerleader, and I couldn’t have gone back into business for myself without him by my side. (I love you, Nuggie!)

I’m loving these CoreStones, and as I use them, the massage butter makes them darker, so you can see which ones I’m using more than others!

My first experience at World Massage Festival (WMF) this year was diverse. There were so many great classes to choose from, and I was able to pull something new from every class I took.

I learned this technique on the last day of classes, and I immediately knew I would bring it back to my somatic clients. I have found myofascial work to be extremely effective and versatile.
