The past few months have flown by.

What started as a mobile massage service in April of 2024 turned into a small office inside IronFit Gym… and now, this.

In March, I signed the lease for our own building.

At the time, it looked nothing like it does today.

We spent months transforming it.

Walls, floors, rooms, systems, everything.

And through it all, I never stopped to reflect. Never paused to take it in.

Until today.

I walked outside, looked back, and saw the sign on the front of the building for the first time.

Focal Massage.

That’s when it hit me. This is real.

I’m not just figuring it out anymore. We’re building something that lasts.

Something that serves.

Something that gives back.

And for the first time, I don’t feel like an imposter.

I feel like a real business.

And it feels pretty darn good.

It has come a very long way and I’m super excited to see this place fill up and start make a difference.

I hope to see all of you come by here and get a session in.

We will be offering classes in Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Mobility training, and Self-Massage.

And if any of you are wondering, no, we are not leaving the office in there will stay staffed full time.

Join me in the selfcare workshop at Unity Yoga tomorrow at 6 PM (Friday 8/30).

I will cover foam rolling techniques using reciprocal inhibition, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial work.

We’ll also be using a soft pinky ball (looks like a lacrosse ball) for spot specific treatments. The tools are provided for you and are included in the workshop.

You will get to take your own foam roller and pinky ball home with you.

The class costs $45 to attend.
