She has spent her career perfecting the art of creating personalized, one-of-a-kind styles that enhance each client’s natural beauty. Her commitment to growth is rooted in education, having completed over 100 advanced training courses, primarily with Redken and other top professional color and design brands. She has also excelled in mentoring younger stylists, helping them sharpen their skills and master client communication. Her customer service is rooted in connection, with an enthusiastic personality and a passion for making every client feel heard, valued, and confident in their look. Rooted is more than a salon—it’s a reflection of Carla’s values. Built on family property in Mt. Juliet, TN, the studio is a tribute to her faith, family, and the importance of honoring your roots.
