We all know that Mt. Juliet has seen more than its share of tragedy in the last year. We have survived a devastating tornado, a pandemic, a derecho, and now flooding. If you are local to MJ, then you know that Shari Arnold is a generous, active, and beloved member of our community. Shari always says yes and does anything she can to help and to support this community. If you aren’t familiar with her, Shari is a fierce, hard working mama who owns Third Coast Salt, which has been voted Best Spa in MJ for many years, and for good reason.

Third Coast Salt sustained damage when the Valley Shopping Center flooded. Due to the damage incurred, TCS is not able to open right now, but we can still support Shari and the TCS family!

As we finalize arrangements on our last day at 1283 N. Mt. Juliet Road, please know that we will forever treasure the memories we’ve made in this sacred space. We are so thankful for our what these walls have provided and will never forget our time here.

I vividly remember when our front desk was inside the Smoothie King lobby. I know “oh too well” how we fought for business when we didn’t even have signage or our own door. Celebrating a $75 deposit our first week and knowing that this was just the beginning to health, happiness & prosperity for those who enter. Years of Santa, birthdays, anniversaries, winning Best Spa & tons of gift cards are ALL noted. The tornado, the pandemic and the flood at THIRD COAST SALT are all deeply imprinted in my soul.
