5 Months Post-Explant ✨
5 months ago, I chose to explant and trust my body to heal.
Today, I’m down 15 pounds since then in total, my energy is back, my inflammation has significantly decreased, and I’m almost at my goal weight.
This journey hasn’t just changed my body—it has changed how I feel every day. I’m grateful for the healing, the strength, and the reminder that our bodies are capable of amazing things when we listen to them.
Still healing, still growing, and feeling more like myself every day. Thank you for the love and support as I share my explant journey

Unapologetically me as my business went into a new era, so did I. I started showing me the love that I always wanted. I started practicing what I preached to my clients which is self-care and self-love. I started embracing who I am and not who others want me to be. I started to say no I set boundaries and learned to let go of what no longer serves me allowing God to guide me every step of the way it took a lot to become her and here I am full of gratitude for the pain, the betrayal and the struggle that helped to mold me into who I am today. Loving yourself is not selfish. It’s necessary to be able to love others well
Sometimes we so focused on the next thing we need that we forget to sit back and enjoy what we created. I’m so proud of what I created but seeing this picture with my brother brings joy because he himself has a business the irony of what God had planned for our life so proud of us. Thank you Lord for the plans you have for us are good
I had to do it for the culture 🤣🙌🏼 But my biggest flex that as a Latina I have a diverse clientel base ! The one reason I couldn’t get a job so easily in South Jersey was because of my cultural background because I looked and talked different but that was never used to make myself a victim because what they meant for evil God used for good ! Now my culture , my work ethic and expertise makes all types of people from all backgrounds feel comfortable with me! So never allow anyone’s ignorance to dictate your life make your own path !
