Today was such a fulfilling day! I had the honor of teaching a makeup demonstration to the talented sophomore cosmetology students at Camden County Technical School in Pennsauken, NJ.
As a freelance professional makeup artist, it meant so much to pour into the next generation of beauty creatives. I shared tips on proper skin prep, the importance of color theory, and how to enhance natural features with soft glam techniques. But more than just makeup, I talked about confidence, professionalism, and staying inspired in this ever-evolving industry.
Seeing their eyes light up reminded me of why I started—this is bigger than beauty, it’s about impact. Giving back to the creative arts and uplifting young artists is truly part of my purpose.
