🌀 Be Your Own Energy Worker 🌀

Join Gina of Milkweed Medicine as we explore the layers of our subtle energy fields.

Drawing upon an elemental picture of the body, Gina will guide and support through a journey of self healing and discovery.

Gina will guide gentle stretching, somatic movement, breath, and self touch, to balance your energies, and reveal the healing power we all carry within.
Learn where the elements live in the body. Interact with them through the felt sense and somatic intuition. Access these elements to clear stagnant energy.

Be guided through a series of exercises that will allow you to become your own energy healer, with compassion and ease.
Allow your movement,breath and touch to shift and heal you.

Gina Savacool of Milkweed Medicine is an Energy and Movement Medicine Practitioner, Sacred Space Holder and Ceremonialist grounded in GAIA and her elements.

Gina’s background includes Polarity Therapy, Foot Reflexology Somatic Movement, Yoga, Sacred Space Holding and Dance. She currently offers private sessions and workshops from her home sanctuary in Hamilton NJ, teaches weekly yoga classes, offers healing weekend retreats, and co-creates ecstatic dance events and festivals like Wellness Fest.

We are beyond excited to be hosting Meenakshi at this year's fest! Her knowledge is undeniable and so deep

✨️ Śākta Ta**ra and the Divine Mother ✨️

Remembrance of the Divine Mother is very much needed in these times. There exists a tradition in India known as Śrīvidyā Ta**ra, where ultimate reality is worshipped as the Divine Mother. In Śrīvidyā Ta**ra, the Divine Mother is known as Śrī Lalitā Tripurasundarī. Meenakshi is a practitioner of this tradition, having been initiated, and her background is in the nondual and Goddess worship traditions of India. She will talk about the traditions of worship, devotion, how Ta**ra is closely intertwined with the science of Kundalinī Śakti, and how liberation is attained through Ta**ra. As an Indian practitioner, Meenakshi also seeks to shed light where there has been much misunderstanding around Ta**ra for Western audiences. She will also be leaving plenty of time for Q&A with attendees. She is excited to bring this wisdom to her community at Wellness Fest.

🌀 About Your Facilitator 🌀

Meenakshi is a practitioner of an esoteric brand of Indian religion known as Śrīvidyā Ta**ra that worships all of reality and the Divine as Mother. Meenakshi's background is in traditional Indian nondual traditions as well as Śrīvidyā Ta**ra. She has sat with a traditional guru learning the nondual philosophy of Hinduism, known as Advaita Vedānta, and was later initiated into Śrīvidyā Ta**ra. After a decade of practice, she is now stepping up to teach and shed light on how to remember and worship the Divine Mother.

Jullian Alvarez, otherwise known as the mushroom sage, is a mushroom grower and forager based in Vineland NJ.

His passion for mushrooms started in the fall of 2018 where he started foraging for mushrooms. As the season began to end, he started to experiment with cultivating gourmet mushrooms. Flash forward to 2023 where he established his business that offers a wide variety of fresh exotic mushrooms along with offering educational classes & workshops.
