my dad asked me for a hibiscus tea blend and this is what i came up with :) it’s been fun learning about plants and the many benefits of them

week 1! fermentation has been completed (a couple days after this video) it’s officially 2 weeks now and only 2 more weeks to go. i am so excited this is new for me so watching this process has been so much fun

this is my day 2 update but i’m late yall im
posting my 1 week update directly after this! lol

the only thing not included in this video is me adding a cap of ACV to start. i wanted to make sure it began within the right pH range and that fermentation began within the first 36 hours.

it’s not even funny how potent this smell is already. i made this video a couple hours ago and it’s like trapped in my nose lol im so excited to eat this though. i’m going to check these again tonight especially jar #2 but i may start using one after 2 weeks and save another for the full 4 im too eager /:

sorry i’ve been neglecting this page :( but some exciting news today! it takes a little while to formulate an oil depending on the way you let them infuse. i’m glad my knowledge allowed me to make something that works pretty fast without much trial and error:))
