As much as I try to be understanding and flexible with everyone’s schedules, last minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my business and income. When an appointment is reserved, that time is held specifically for you, and it often prevents another client from booking that spot. Especially as a small business owner, those missed appointments can make a huge difference.

I completely understand emergencies and unexpected things happen, and I always try my best to work with everyone fairly 🫶🏻 Thank you all so much for supporting me and respecting my time.

✨ My Booking Policy ✨
• 48 hours notice required for cancellations/reschedules
• Less than 48 hours = 50% fee
• No-shows = 100% fee
• One courtesy reschedule per appointment
• Repeated late changes may require full prepayment
