Nobody talks about this one. We will.
Erectile dysfunction is not just a bedroom issue. It is a vital sign.
Morning erections are an indicator of hormone health, blood flow, and cardiovascular function. If they are not happening consistently, your body is flagging something. It might be your hormones. It might be blood pressure. It might be something else entirely.
The point is: it deserves an investigation, not a shrug.
At Solcara, this is exactly the kind of deep dive we do. We look at the full picture, find the root cause, and get your quality of life back.
If you have been brushing this off, this is your sign to stop.
Comment ED or DM us. We are all ears.
Most people spend years thinking fatigue, brain fog, and low mood are just part of getting older. They are not.
Hormone imbalances are incredibly common and incredibly treatable. The problem is most people never get the right labs to find out what is actually going on.
At Solcara, we run comprehensive hormone panels because guessing is not a strategy. You deserve to know your numbers.
If you have questions, head to our stories to ask Ashley directly. Or stop by our downtown Charleston location at The Longevity Club this Friday, July 10th from 8-11am and ask her in person. No appointment needed.
Curious what your levels look like? Comment LABS below and we will send you the details on our hormone panel.

Team lip filler or terrified of looking fake?
Either way, this one's for you. The fear of looking overdone keeps so many people on the fence, and we understand it completely.
At Solcara, our goal is simple: make you feel like yourself, just with small enhancements. The before and after says it all. Soft, natural Revanesse Lips+ results that still look like you.
Consider this your sign ๐
DM us with questions!
No, it's not "just stress." And no, you're not too young for this. ๐
You think menopause starts at 50. The truth? Perimenopause can start in your late 30s. Sometimes a full decade before menopause actually arrives.
And it's the part nobody warns you about.
The irregular cycles. The sleep that stops feeling restful. The mood shifts. The brain fog. The weight that moves for no reason.
Here's what's normal: symptoms starting earlier than you expected.
Here's what isn't: feeling miserable and being told to just wait it out.
At Solcara Health, women's health is at the heart of what we do. We believe you deserve to understand your own body, to be taken seriously, and to feel like yourself through every season of it.
Because these shifts are measurable. And they respond to the right support.
So if you're in your late 30s or 40s and something feels off, this is your sign to look deeper. You don't have to guess your way through it.

Great news for your energy, recovery, and skin! ๐
Peptides have a way of doing that. Once you feel the difference in how you recover, sleep, and show up, it's hard to go back.
Curious if peptide therapy is right for you?
We're in Mt. Pleasant and inside The Longevity Club Downtown Charleston.

Your annual physical might say you're fine. Fine isn't the same as fully understood.
At Solcara we go deeper, looking at the full picture so we can actually connect the dots between how you feel and what your body needs. Swipe to see what that looks like.

Hey Charleston, here's your reminder that you can find us inside The Longevity Club downtown!
If you haven't made it in yet, what are you waiting for!
It's one of the prettiest wellness spots in the city, and we love getting to be part of it. Same team, same treatments you know, in a space that's calm, modern, and made for exactly this.
The best part? You really can do your pilates and your peptides in the same building. Workout handled, wellness handled, all in one stop.
Come see the space for yourself. Link in bio to book, or send us a message and we'll fill you in.

It's Men's Health Month, and we're saying the quiet part out loud: men deserve to feel as good as they look. ๐
Somewhere along the way, guys got told to just push through it.
Tired? Push through. Foggy? Push through.
Heavier, slower, less like yourself? That's just getting older, right?
Not here. At Solcara, men's health starts with actually understanding what's happening under the surface. Hormones, testosterone, metabolic health, inflammation, recovery, longevity markers. Because guessing was never a plan.
Whether it's TRT support, more energy, a metabolism that cooperates, preventative labs, or natural-looking tox, the goal is the same: less "just deal with it," more "let's figure it out."
This month, do the thing you keep putting off.

The PCOS explanation you never got๐
First: PCOS does not always mean an individual has polycystic ovaries - but if one DOES have polycystic ovaries, this is whatโs happening:
Itโs not just โtoo much testosteroneโ or an insulin problem. The root issue is often too little estrogen โ and a breakdown in how your body selects an egg each cycle which can lead to polycystic ovaries.
Your AMH molecule is supposed to pick a follicle and pass the baton to FSH. FSH takes over, the egg develops, and the cycle moves forward. But in PCOS, that baton never gets passed. So AMH just keeps making follicles โ over and over โ with nowhere to go.
The result: cysts, irregular periods, weight gain, acne, facial hair, hair loss, and sometimes depression. Itโs not in your head, and itโs not your fault.
At Solcara Health, our team is here to help you get real answers and a real plan.

P.S. โ PCOS is now being renamed PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) to better capture the full picture of whatโs happening hormonally and metabolically.
