And I mean that in every possible way.
I’ve gotten to spend a lot of time with these women over the last year, and one of the things that has always stood out to me is just how much personality lives inside these walls.
These women are funny. Loud. Tender. Unfiltered. Incredibly good at what they do. They genuinely like each other, and they genuinely care about the people who walk through the door.
And in an industry where people tend to move around, the amount of esthetician retention at Waxed says a lot. There are women here who have grown up together professionally, built clientele here, moved through different seasons of life here and kept choosing this place and each other.
A lot of that starts with Gretchen, owner, fearless leader and would absolutely bail you out of jail.
