I just kind of felt like taking some pictures of the hair that I’ve done this week…. I love both so much. I love a cool blonde. I love a dimensional warm copper. I love it all….
I was trying to come up with one of those cheesy names for the blonde because I couldn’t quite figure out what color it was.. you know like “Vanilla Latte” or “White Chocolate Cheesecake Factory Cake”….you know how like how all of a sudden hair has names that are also food… What do you think they should be called?

❤️🖤 After 52 years behind a chair I can officially announce Denise has retired ❤️🖤

She’s not one for fanfare and she’d certainly kill me if I posted a picture but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve a little recognition and an official social media send off.

She’s loved by so many in the community and I can speak for a lot of us when I say she will genuinely be missed.

Denise wasn’t just a stylist. She was a confidant, friend, therapist and mentor to many woman (and a few men 😌) for a lifetime. She could roll a perm, cut hair, shampoo and set circles around every other stylist I know.

No one could ever hold a candle, or a curling iron to Denise.

Congratulations my friend. You earned it!

The interesting thing about this before and after is she asked for a warmer more copper finish- BUT-she likes to go 12 weeks between visits. So I explained that her natural tone is quite cool and after about 3 to 4 weeks, she would look very unkempt and the colors wouldn’t blend leaving a very unbalanced look.
She then said she wants to be blonde but still look fall and still look like something is a little bit different- so I came up with this :
“Fall Blonde” …. Ask for it and I’ll know exactly what to do ☺️
