Nothing tests your post-vacation glow quite like reality checking in at 7:00 AM on a Tuesday.

I just spent a wonderful long weekend celebrating my 5-year wedding anniversary, recharging, reflecting, and feeling so deeply grateful for the life and business we’ve built.

Then I sat up, opened my phone, and was greeted by a shiny new 1-star review.

It wasn’t from an unhappy guest. It was from a contractor let go over a month ago for attendance issues, disrespecting our front desk staff, and compromising client safety.

Running an independent business means wearing every hat. It means holding strict standards for client care, pricing services fairly ($99 for a full hour with free add-ons, because wellness shouldn't be out of reach), and protecting the warm, respectful culture my team and guests deserve, even when making those hard calls leads to retaliation weeks later.

The hard part about being a small business owner is watching a public rating take a hit from pure spite. The best part? Knowing the hundreds of real people who walk through our doors every month and experience genuine relief, care, and safety.

If you’ve ever had a treatment with us that left you feeling lighter, safer, or simply taken care of, would you do me a small favor today?

Taking two minutes to drop an honest Google review helps drown out the noise and lets real voices speak for what we do.

Read it here and then leave your own!

A little about Brandy-
As a massage therapist and cosmetologist, my passion lies at the intersection of beauty and wellness. I specialize in massage, skincare, customized facials, scalp health, and head spa treatments designed to help you press pause on the outside world. My goal is for every client to leave my treatment room feeling deeply relaxed, confident, and truly cared for in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me recharging at home—crafting, gardening, tending to my backyard chickens, and spending time with my family and my pup, Little Miss Venus (usually with a 7 Brew coffee in hand!).
You can’t pour from an empty cup, and I can’t wait to help you make restorative self-care a regular part of your routine.
