Few things I’d like to talk about with the business, I do run a different type of salon experience.. My main focus is really on the guest, I do not answer the phone when I’m with any of my customers and I also do not double book. I do my best to focus on overall guest experience, I feel that my salon offers a different environment then others salon I have visited or even worked at. My salon is not a fashion statement, and I am not either, I find it amazing some of the customers I’ve acquired because they have felt out of place at other salons because there clothing isn’t expensive enough. I also really focus on keeping my prices competitive with other salons but also Affordable. My salon does offer a different experience, it is a 1 on 1 and I don’t have the other distractions some of the other salons do. If your looking for a personal experience, please give me a shot I have lots of openings next week and I’m looking to fill up some slots!! Few quick things, I did take perms off of my menu between the solution I use being out of stock and a reaction I had to the one I tried I’ve decided with that to step away from them. Easter is approaching please book your appointment sooner then later to ensure openings, don’t forget about the egg surprises too! Also, spring is coming and so is summertime I thought about extending Sunday hours to be 10-4 instead of 11-3 thoughts?!
