This weekend I learned facial contouring and "The Fascia Facial" with the incomparable Jane Mann. People spend oodles of $$$ on things like Botox and fillers or even plastic surgery, when the real key to retaining youthful vitality is learning how to keep our insides from stagnating and calcifying. All the fillers and surgery can't hide an arthritic walk. Trust me, I know. *We all have the power within us to slow down our own aging process.* It just takes refocusing on learning how our body works so we can hack it to continue to operate optimally even when far past our prime. I plan to keep honing my skills to keep my own face and my clients' faces vibrant the natural way. BUT, I'm also taking this opportunity to develop my knowledge of how to help my body. Jane introduced me to Block Therapy, which can help completely revitalize the body (including the FACE!) by releasing adhesions stored in the fascia.

Ultimately, if you want your face to be young, you need to open up the channels in your body so everything flows better. We need to get the toxins out and the nourishment in to stay vital and retain our youthfulness.

I'm really excited about this biohacking journey I'm endeavoring on. All I have to say is that you don't have to accept the pains of old age as we've always known them. There are other ways.
