Cancelation, No Show, and Non-Payment of Services

While we understand that life throws us curveballs more often than not, we also need you as a client to understand this industry is our way of living. If our chairs are not occupied by a wonderful person like yourself, we are not making an income to meet our bills. The following has been put into place to help not only you to receive the upmost care from our stylists but to also maintain their ability to be able to provide those services for you!



24 Hour Notice of Cancelation

Please be considerate of your stylist by giving a 24-hour notice of cancelation for any appointment scheduled. This will allow your stylist to not only get you rescheduled in a timely manner but also allow for your original appointment to be filled by another patron if possible.

However, for appointments canceled less than 24-hours, I reserve the right to not reschedule your appointment or reschedule it at a significantly later date. After the second failure to cancel less than 24-hours, a $25 fee will be charged in order to schedule your next appointment.



No Call No Show

Again, we get life is a struggle. It is for us too, especially when you no call, no show your appointment. A simple text or phone call goes a long way. We need no explanation of why you can't make it, just let us know that you aren’t coming to your appointment. Therefore, after a no call no show has occurred there will be a $25 fee before scheduling your next appointment. A charge of $50 or 50% of your total service amount (for all chemical services) will be charged after your second occurrence of a no call no show as well as an active credit card will be required to be on file in order to schedule any further appointments. Also, appointments may be paid for in advance on the day of scheduling if you do not want to provide a credit card to be held online (this does not include any additional add Ons the day of service or additional products used).

Non-Payment of Services Rendered

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We understand that some instances call for different measures and those can be agreed upon between you and your stylist however, for all services not paid for within 24 hours after the agreed time we reserve the right to file Theft of Services charges. Therefore, resulting in court cost and other charges that YOU will be held responsible for. This will also present dismissal as a client.
