Real talk: Since having Z almost 7 months ago I’ve been terrible at taking care of myself. From my hair, nails, wearing makeup, having a skincare routine, or even wearing clothes that make me feel good… I’ve been a little lost to say the least. I’ve struggled to find time to do the “self care things that I used to find enjoyable.
