Talk about 🔥🔥🔥 these ladies tore it up tonight!!! We may have been a small class but we definitely were mighty!!!! Tonight we had a brand new routine and you ladies absolutely destroyed it!!! I love watching everyone come into their own and showing me what their made of❤️🔥💗💪
Back at it Saturday with a little drumming/sculpt session!!!! 9am let’s get it!!!

How did you start your day? We started with a little sweat sesh packed full of drumming and weights…. And man it was a hot one!!! But these ladies did not play… everything I threw at them they took on the challenge and said bring it on!!!!
Way to take that playlist and slay it!!!!!
We’ll be back at it with a shake that thang Thursday… lots of dance and sculpting just the way you like it ladies and I cannot wait!!!

They are wild… they are crazy… and they are soooo much fun!!!! Ladies thank you for putting up with my crazy…. And making working out so much fun!!!!!

I was so busy with the kiddos last night i didn’t get a chance to post however let me just say these ladies nailed our dance sculpt class!!! I love seeing how far everyone has come!!! Every class every lady making it their own!!! Tomorrow we drum! 9am💕. Let’s get it!!

A Heck of a great time along with a killer workout! We were sweatin, burnin calories and definitely having a blast!!! That’s what a workout is all about!!!
Level Up Dance Fitness has become my absolute favorite workout… not just because I enjoy dancing (didn’t say I was a great dancer… just enjoy it) but we incorporate weights which always make me feel stronger, add in some amazing ladies and you have the making of a great time taking care of yourself!!! These ladies have come such a long ways… first class we were all so nervous… I was so afraid of messing up and forgetting the choreography… the ladies were afraid to let loose and just let their bodies move…. Now…. I still mess up the choreography every single class… but these ladies run with it and shake it like a salt shaker 🤪 can’t wait for the next one!!!
