Ladies!!!!, thank you for coming out this morning for a killer drumming session!!! This was just what my body needed not to mention my mental health!!!! I cannot wait to do another class!
We have decided to take a break as between my back and our busy lives it was just time to take a breather… but not to worry… I will be throwing a class in here and there just to get us all together and keep our mental health at peace. If anyone is interested in starting classes (cardio drumming, level up dance fitness and bootcamps) message myself or Angela Horlacher Lang and we’ll get you added to the group in messenger so you keep updated. Also I’ll be putting a date in soon for a dinner!!!

Ladies thank you so much for a beastmode drumming session! I felt like it had been so long since we drummed and it felt great! I also forgot how hard we work with drumming! Way to kick a$$ and take names!!! We’re back at it on Monday with a “More Core Monday Bootcamp”!!!
