Started out cutting 4 inches off , went in with a thick weave low light of color touch 7/89 + 6/0 and baby light.
Rooted with also the 7/89 +6/0 color touch then toned 9m with a little 9p +9nw

I would like to let all my clients and followers know that Monroe style will be closing February 28th of 2025 at the Johnstown location . Meegan will be relocating at located 100 S. Main St. Mount Vernon oh 43050
My hours of operation will be:
Wednesday 12-6p
Friday 9a-4p

I would like to inform my clients that Monroe style has not been bought. The salon is also not being rebranded as it is remaining in the ownership of Meegan as Monroe Style. I have also added more days to my schedule.
