Change doesn't show up because you think it. It shows up when you unapologetically choose to put in the work.

Just remember that in the process or journey, there will be stumbling blocks and naysayers, referred to as "drive". Your zeal, zest and determination should come from the feedback around you.

You should never work in a bubble. Listen to the voices without internalizing them all.

You will know who means you well because your head will tell you; not your heart.

The Empire State Building was not constructed because someone only talked about it.

I'm quite certain that some unfortunate fatalities occurred during the construction, but that is par for the course.

So let's be about it.
