Given my direct communication style, I've hesitated to share this, as it may be perceived as blunt. However, my mental well-being takes precedence.
Currently, I am employed full-time, working 40 hours per week in the pharmacy, and dedicating one extended day per week to the salon. My salon schedule is fully booked, with appointments scheduled two months in advance, while I also pursue online education in my limited free time.
Regarding appointment scheduling, please refrain from making condescending remarks if your preferred date or time is unavailable. I am committed to providing the best service possible.
If you desire nail art in addition to your scheduled service, please understand that I may not have the available time. Kindly refrain from expressing frustration, as I am managing a tight schedule.
Punctuality is appreciated for all appointments.
For clients with specific color preferences, please arrive early to select your desired shade and ensure it is suitable for a two-week period. Any dissatisfaction with the chosen color should be addressed privately. I am dedicated to delivering the best possible service.
Please refrain from using cell phones during nail appointments. Gel applications are susceptible to dust, lint, and hair contamination. Furthermore, client movement during application can compromise the final result. Please reserve phone usage for non-urgent matters. I am committed to providing the best service possible.
Clients with a history of frequent cancellations will not be eligible for future appointments. My time is valuable.
If you are dissatisfied with my salon schedule or services, I am happy to provide referrals to alternative nail technicians in the area.

We have renovated our building and expanded parking options, including additional spaces in the back, connected by a bridge spanning the ditch, should the primary parking areas prove inadequate.

March 10th I accepted an inpatient pharmacy tech position @ SSM Health working part time Wed, Thursday and Fridays. I have been here a month now and I'm currently being trained in IV and compounding. I am really enjoying the work that I am doing and I have a work family now.
I have always been a planner of things that are coming or "might" come and as a mother it is my job to take care of my family and especially my girls. With the passing of Tim things have become clearer of what those responsibilities entail as a parent and as always my family comes first.
We have a tech here at the hospital who is moving away and that opened up a full time position. I was offered the position and I am taking it. I will be working 4 TEN hour workdays Tues, Wed, Thursday and Fridays. Taking this position opens up insurance, dental and vision as well as a steady paycheck that we can depend on. SO that is leaving me with ONE day in the salon. That will be Mondays. My first Tuesday in the hospital will be the 29th. As of right now standing clients with fills/pedicures have first priority to appt times..that also means that some clients may have to come at different times than they regularly do especially if you do not work. I will be starting my salon work day at 8:15 to accommodate more clients in one day. Clients you will be receiving new appt times via text this weekend sometime and hopefully we can work together to find you a new standing appt. As I have learned in my life that life is always changing with the good and the bad, you gotta be willing to "go with the flow." I am very grateful that God provided for me a month ago with this new career change. I feel like he was preparing me for something he knew was coming but I didn't. He will never leave you or forsake you! He always makes a way for you.
Polished 2 Perfection Salon will be closed Monday January 6th for extreme weather conditions. We will keep our clients updated about Tuesday. Stacy & Cassie.

My time IS my money!
First and foremost when the appt is made ...you receive a text with said date and time in which the service has been allocated for...THEN
You receive a 72 hour (3 days) text and email reminder in which you CONFIRM your appt! Again this is where you CONFIRM the said date, day and time for your service.
You THEN recieve ANOTHER reminder text 24 (1 day) hours before your upcoming appt with said date, day and time! The day before!!!!!!!!!
If you do not show up, forget, get the date wrong, get the time wrong that is on you.
You WILL be getting charged!
My TIME IS MY MONEY!
