Hello everyone. It’s warm outside and the barbershop has been really busy. Thank you all very much! But every now and then I’ll have a no-show and that’s not how the bills get paid. In the future, any no-shows will be expected to pay for the appointment that was reserved for them. I’ve had to turn business away for another day because my spots are filled but if I knew the client wasn’t going to show, I could’ve filled the spot immediately. So the policy I’m putting in place as of now, I expect to receive a text or phone call two hours within the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule that appointment. I’ve spoken to many of you about this issue over time and you also agree that it’s reasonable. Thank you all for your understanding! 👊🏻
