Starting to feel a shift??

Have you heard a rumor that the shop is closing??

There certainly have been a few changes with the shop lately. BUT, THE SHOP IS NOT CLOSING.

Over the the last 10 months, I've been able to feel out what our community wants, what I want and what doesn't cost me a big loss to offer.

In a major plot twist, I was sent down the unexpected path of Natural Healing and Apothecary products.

No, I dont mean peddling commercial junk.

I mean walking through our local woods, on my own 2 feet, foraging and creating amazing healing products like powerful tinctures and healing body butters.

No mads processed junk. No commercialized, filler riddled gimmicks.

Just God given, straight from the earth, healing.

I have found this brings me happiness, makes me feel reconnected to my late Mother and has changed my personal health journey.

I feel so passionate about this calling, that I am selling nearly everything, including my home, and hitting the road to harvest nationwide to create even more options to offer locally.

So what does that mean for the shop? GROWTH!

NO, THE SHOP IS NOT CLOSING. IT IS REBRANDING.

* The "sparkles" portion of the shop will be eliminated, clearing all that awesome jewelry out to make room for the Apothecary products.

* Instead of freeze dried candy options, the freeze dried products will be centered around more nourishing options.

* New and used tack sales will be eliminated but options for Clean/Oil/Polish services and basic repair services will remain.

Played with a gluten free muffin recipe and created a new favorite!

I personally used fine almond flour (I added xantham gum) and used honey as the sweetener. I also added blueberries and baked for about 30 minutes to firm up the center a bit more.

You don’t need boiling pots or fancy equipment for these! Just a bowl, an oven, and a few simple ingredients to make soft, chewy, golden-browned bagels that are 100% gluten-free and 100% comforting. 🌞

You’ll need:
🌾 1½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
🥄 2 tsp baking powder
🧂 ¾ tsp salt
🥣 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole-milk for best texture)
🍳 1 egg (for brushing)
✨ Optional toppings: everything seasoning, sesame seeds, or coarse salt

How to make:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in yogurt until a dough forms.
3️⃣ Knead lightly until smooth (add a sprinkle of flour if sticky).
4️⃣ Divide dough into 6 pieces, roll into ropes, and connect the ends to form rings.
5️⃣ Brush with beaten egg for that golden shine.
6️⃣ Add toppings if you’d like, then bake 22–26 minutes, until golden and firm.
7️⃣ Cool 10 minutes before slicing… or dive in warm with butter, jam, or a drizzle of local honey. 🍯
