You can find her in the salon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am to 7pm.

Meet Ashley - Co-Owner of The Palm Collective!

Hello, it’s Ashley! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to all the new faces who have joined us since we announced The Palm Collective.

My journey in the hair industry started in 2019 at Evergreen Beauty College, where I fell in love with the industry. During my last month of school, I had the opportunity to extern at Genesis Salon & Spa alongside my mom—a full-circle moment that led me to stay there for the last four years.

I specialize in blonding and lived-in color, and I’m always eager to grow. Continued education is something I’m truly passionate about—I love learning new techniques, refining my skills, and connecting with other stylists.

Opening a salon with my mom is something I feel incredibly lucky to do. Having grown up in and around salons—whether it was being my mom’s model for her beauty school portfolio or hanging out at the salon after school—this industry has always felt like home to me.

I can’t wait to see all of you in the new salon!

Meet Raschelle – Co-Owner of The Palm Collective!

Hi everyone, I’m Raschelle! As I step into this exciting new chapter as a salon owner, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

I was born and raised in Anacortes, where I also had the joy of raising my daughter—who I’m lucky enough to now call my business partner! I still proudly call Anacortes home.

My hair journey began in 2005 at a Paul Mitchell partner school, and over the years, I’ve worked in several salons before finding my home at Genesis Salon and Spa, where I’ve spent the past 10 years.

At The Palm Collective, my goal is to create a space where every client feels seen, heard, and truly special. While I consider myself a well-rounded stylist, I specialize in lived-in color, grey coverage, and men’s cuts. One thing I firmly believe in is that a great haircut should always complement both the color and the client.

I can’t wait to welcome you to The Palm Collective and continue doing what I love in a space designed with you in mind!
