Watching young men grow up is one of the greatest blessings of being a barber.

I’ve been cutting this young man’s hair since he was about 7 years old. Now he’s 16 and still trusts me to keep him looking sharp. That means more to me than just another haircut.

Over the years I’ve watched him grow in confidence, maturity, and character. Moments like this remind me that being a barber is about much more than fades and lineups. It’s about building relationships that last.
