A House Upon The Rock

Last item--I bought last weekend has been in the trailer waiting for me to rescue it and bring it to the studio.

I found this The Olive Basket. She had it in one of her Instagram reels and I jumped over to her booth as soon as I saw it.

Paula, Cindy, Bruce and Cindy, all have amazing antique finds. Theses three vendors had booths next/near to mine, both in May (during the famous wind storm), and last weekend Macie's Nook and Cranny Barn Boutique

Bruce helped me last May by loaning me 12in screws to pin down our tents. I think our losses would have been even worse if he hadn't had the forethought and willingness to help me from day 1. Thank you so much!

If you are local, you definitely should check all three of them out. They are currently vintage road tripping.

Anyway, thanks to Paula for this great find. I will be adding our business name and using it as a welcome sign at future events and in the studio as a welcome sign for all my customers that buy from the "farmstand" (as long as I remember to take it off the trailer in between events! ❤️)

It is so satisfying to have customers come and tell me how much my products are helping them and their families.

After struggling as a mama with a child that had severe food allergies and skin issues and was sick all the time, it is just a huge blessing to be able to help, encourage and sometimes educate other mama's who face similar issues with their little ones.

Also, as I have aged, and learned more about taking care of myself and my own skin, I love talking with others who want to nourish their aging skin too.

One of my favorite items I bought Macie's Nook and Cranny Barn Boutique this past weekend was this lamp.

My favorite booth, is always filled with amazing finds. So many people went by with things they bought and I just adored! I finally took some time Saturday and found the perfect lamp for my packing station in the studio. It's perfectly fitted to the vibe.

Also, isn't this an amazing table?!? It was my husband's great grandfather's printing table. He was a printer in Boulder, CO 100+ years ago. The top is solid marble, and yes, it's as thick as the wood frame around it.

I used it in our kitchen for years, but then it sat unused for a long time.

It needs a little work, but it's my favorite piece of furniture we own and I am so glad to put it to use again.

I didn't get to meet the vendor behind Pure Earth-Friendly Products from Modern Cowgirl, but I know elderberry syrup is so good for our immune systems.

We have used one company for years and usually buy from a local a gal in MOHO, but I wanted to support another Macie's Nook and Cranny Barn Boutique vendor and decided to give this one a try.

Truth is I go through elderberry like crazy all year, so there's room for us to support more than one local business.
