“sometimes we are all we got, and that’s ok because maybe in that instance, that’s all we need. Regardless of the chaos and noise around us. It’s important to always pay attention to the Miracles manifesting in our environment. Prayers are always being answered in ways that we least expect them. Often times we don’t understand the reason for the test or challenge we are forced to face and later realize the blessing.
Being able to be here #, in this physical plane and coexist with our loved ones is the greatest blessing and we often disregard it and go abt our daily lives without showing gratitude.
To have the capacity to provide for ourselves and to be self sufficient is also a blessing.
When things feel heavy, when doors close and ppl turn their backs on you shift the energy by shifting your focus.
Work on changing your perspective, I bet you’ll see things differently . Perception is reality ✨

💅Nails & a Message ✨
“Staying authentic and honest with ourselves is hard AF, it is also a full time job.
We often confuse self love with “pampering”; the truth is that self love comes with a strong dose of “realness and harsh honesty” it takes a lot of strength to look at our self inflicted wounds and give a diagnosis.
It’s hard AF to be raw with ourselves and admit our flaws without looking for something or someone to blame.
We enter the road to self love once we have recognized the broken, toxic and ugly in us and get ready to face it without an excuse, solely admitting we are a work in progress. We start the journey when we acknowledge our contributions to the negative things in our lives and when we apologize and truly forgive ourselves for having taken this long.
Self love is not getting a massage at a spa, (that’s simply a grounding self love ritual) the real self love that unconditional love.
& the journey to finding it starts by looking straight at our soul with the intent to focus on the shadow, the darkness the trauma…the wounds… then, identifying it and acknowledging it, to then put a plan in place to work on you because you really believe and know you deserve to be better, to do better, and it’s at that point when you tap into real “self” love “unconditional “self” love” because it’s at that point you begin to see your real self as a whole entity and begin to love u just as u are.
