What is something you are doing that is fun today, or this weekend??

Tonight, I did my bedtime routine. I washed my face, put on my sotoks, midnight oil, and my moisturizer. But there is one word in the sentence that has become a bit of a stretch: ROUTINE.
So Let’s talk about a truth that I am ashamed to admit, but I feel happens to oh so many us. I have fallen out of the routine of my nightime skincare. Ok… let’s be completely honest, I fell out of ANY skincare for a while now.
Sometimes in life we put ourselves last. Especially if you are like me. You put your job, your kids, your spouse, your family, your friends first. Everyone seems to come before you. Your time gets spent on everyone else and as you take on more, you get less and less time to take care of yourself.
This is what happened to me. So this summer I have been working on getting myself back. Getting back into my nighttime routine is just another step in taking care of myself.
