I caught myself watching my littlest today… really watching.
The way her eyes light up over the smallest things, like the world is brand new and everything in it is magic.
A song she suddenly loves.
The way she laughs like she just discovered joy for the first time.
….these moments are so fleeting.
One day, she won’t reach for my hand without thinking.
One day, the little discoveries won’t feel so big to her anymore.
One day, she’ll outgrow this version of herself that I wish I could bottle up forever.
It’s the most beautiful and heartbreaking thing — watching someone you love grow into who they’re meant to be, while quietly saying goodbye to who they used to be.
If I could freeze anything in time, it wouldn’t be the big milestones.
It would be this.
The wonder. The innocence. The magic in the little things.
So today, I’m holding on a little tighter, soaking it all in…
because these are the moments I’ll miss before they’re even gone. 🤍

I wanted to reach out and be fully transparent with you.
As of February 1, there has been a small adjustment to my service pricing. I know I mentioned last year that prices might increase, but I actually never moved forward with it. I truly tried to avoid raising prices for as long as possible because I value each and every one of you and never want finances to be a barrier to self-care.
However, with the rising cost of living, increased overhead, supplies, and overall expenses affecting everyday life, I had to make a small adjustment. Certain treatments have increased anywhere from $5–$10 in order to continue providing the quality, consistency, and care you deserve.
Please know this decision was not made lightly, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued loyalty. You all mean more to me than you know.
