Hi friends 💛 We wanted to make you aware of a tracking issue we noticed on a few orders from our website that we shipped today.
Some USPS tracking links may be showing old delivery details from a previous package instead of the correct information for your order. Shopify let us know this can happen when USPS assigns a recycled tracking number before the old tracking history fully clears.
Your order is not lost, and it has not been delivered to the wrong place. It is still on its way! 📦
USPS should update the tracking once the package receives a new scan, usually within 24–48 hours.
We’re watching the affected orders closely (I have began emailing the orders I have found to be affected), but if your tracking looks odd, please feel free to message us. Thank you so much for your patience and for supporting our small family business!
