Mini Tea Restock + A New Product 🌿✨
I restocked on more teas and samples to prepare for this Saturday’s event. I also want to officially introduce the new product from last week. The Hibiscus Rose Electuary is now available. This is a honey and powdered herbs mixture, and you can use it with your favorite drink, food, or take it by the spoonful. Preparing for this Saturday’s Events🌿
Hi everyone. I hope you’re doing well. Here’s an update on what’s happening this Saturday. Ashanti’s Garden will be at the Minnetrista Outdoor Farmers Market, from 9 am-12 pm, and the Holy Cross Wine and Cheese Festival, from 4-9 pm, this Saturday. I restocked a few items for this Saturday, and we are down to the last batch of Comfrey Salve, Dandelion and Violet Salve, Elderflower Honey, Violet Infused Flower Sugar, and Herbal Infused Hair Oil. Once they’re gone, they will either be restocked later in the year(returning favorites) or next year(seasonal items). Every purchase comes with a gift, which ranges from tea samples, bath salts samples, and roll-on body oil samples. There will also be a limited edition new product available for purchase at these events. It’s going to be a busy day. If you can make it to any of these events, please come and support us and other local vendors.

Ashanti’s Garden will be at the Holy Cross Wine and Cheese Festival next Saturday, July 25, from 4-9 pm. If you’re in the area, please come join us to experience the festivities and to support lots of local vendors.

There are only a few of each item left, and I’m going to wait to have another restock after everything is sold out. I’m currently giving myself a break so I can take better care of myself, and figure out what I want to do moving forward, for business and life. (I’ll post more about that later.) Ashanti’s Garden is not going anywhere, so don’t worry. I just want to take a step back, and reevaluate what I can do to help my business grow more, among other things. It’s been a while since I introduced myself and this space. I want to start posting more for this Journal, so I decided to start with this reintroduction.

Welcome to Ashanti’s Garden. My name is Ashanti, and I’m one of the creators of this small business since 2017. I studied herbalism at the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine back in 2018, and I’ve been self-teaching myself ever since. I create all natural, medicinal bath and body products, herbal remedies, and all natural beeswax candles, made with mostly organic and homegrown ingredients. I also create art prints and coloring pages.

This business was given to me by my father, and we have been working together ever since. What started as a business selling homegrown perennials and ornamental grasses, Ashanti’s Garden has expanded to sell his organic produce and plants, along with my products previously mentioned. Even now, we plan to expand even further. (Fun Fact: The name Ashanti’s Garden was created by my father, who was inspired by me as a child playing in our old family garden.)

This website is a space for my shops, the main Shop, the Secondhand Shop, and the Local Produce Pickup Shop. If you live locally, check out the “Local Markets and Events” tab. This Journal is where I’ll share some announcements, herbal profiles, recipes, and more.
