Wanted to share something! Thanks to one of my coworkers we found this movement called Strands For Trans! (Might take a day or so to get put on their map) but they have a public directory of salons/stylists who are transgender friendly ❤️ I just always want everyone to know my chair will always and forever be a safe space to everybody🌈❤️ currently helping one of my clients on their hair journey throughout their transition has inspired me and made me realize that there isn’t enough support and awareness in the salon industry and it’s time to change that!❤️ And Thankfully Ulta has always been an inclusive company, there’s no such thing as “women’s cuts or men’s cuts” only Haircut or Clipper cut so you’re never going to be charged more based on your gender which should never be a thing. But any stylists reading this I urge you to sign up as well! Trying to find the right stylist for you in a world full of options without fear of being judged has been a long struggle for many and the more of us to sign up and support the faster we will change the industry ❤️ (link strands for trans in the comments!)
